Tulipane is a proposal by Gianni Veneziano e Luciana Di Virgilio, it is a recipe that uses typical products of Puglia like Altamura bread, or “U sckuan√®te” linked to the rural tradition of the typical production area, obtained from a mixture of hard wheat remilled bran very rich in gluten, sourdough and baked in the wood oven and sun-dried cutted tomatoes.
